Let Vera summarise, review or precisely edit a document while you keep working in your browser. For document and selection tasks, content is shielded inside the customer-isolated Vera environment before any external AI processing. Every selected model participates in the verification chain; document changes are then executed through a separate, controlled write route.
Document context leaves the tenant only after Privacy Shield transformation and verification. If the privacy gate fails, nothing is transmitted.

2. Vera takes a current snapshot
Before any document task, the current version is saved first. Vera never quietly analyses a stale copy.
3. The Privacy Shield takes over
Detected sensitive values are replaced inside the customer-isolated Vera environment with synthetic equivalents. Roles, relationships and meaning stay intact — the selected external models receive only the verified, transformed context. The shielded version is checked before sending. If that check does not pass, the process stops.
4. Vera analyses or edits
A read request runs through every model selected for the session. A write request is reviewed through the configured chain, converted into a limited action plan and validated — only then is the change applied and saved.

That is why Vera uses a separate, limited and inspectable write route for document edits. A model never gets unrestricted access to your file.
Analysis through the verification chain
For requests such as:

- List the key deadlines.
Vera uses your selected verification chain and shows which models ran, what each step checked, the tokens and cost per run, whether the Privacy Shield approved the document context, and how many values were restored inside the protected Vera environment.
Changes as validated actions
For requests such as:
- Replace this term throughout the document.
- Rewrite this passage more formally.
- Insert the clause below.
- Delete the selected text.
- Adjust paragraph three.
Vera treats these as a controlled change: instruction → action plan → validation → execution → save. Only validated changes are applied and saved.
